William Cullen Bryant Elementary School on Fountain Avenue in Long Beach California has been a supportive
and nurturing home to thousands of primary and intermediate students in its storied history. One graduating class, The 6th
Grade Class of 1957, began reuniting about three years ago, and a group known as THE BRYANT BRATS emerged. Whether it has
been support in times of a life crisis or simply getting together for frivolity and friendship, THE BRYANT BRATS are again
part of one another's lives.
Honorary BRATS have been added too, for their support of the BRATS and what they do. We are playing
together, and we are working together for the benefit of not only ourselves, but of others as well.
From a common perspective of life in a small school a half century ago, and the varied paths life has
taken them, the BRYANT BRATS have emerged into something very special indeed.
